BSc [Quantity Surveying], FRICS, FCIArb
David founded DGA in 1993 to provide contractual and commercial support services to clients in the construction industry. He has over 25 years experience in the construction industry and is a Fellow of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
David has also trained as an Adjudicator and has completed the Bond Solon series of Expert Witness training courses in conjunction with the RICS. David's background is heavy civil engineering having worked on major road, tunnelling and rail projects both in the UK and internationally. He has substantial experience in Adjudication, Arbitration and Litigation acting as advocate in managing the preparation of the client's case covering principle, quantum and time. He has undertaken many appointments as expert witness on quantum issues on major infrastructure projects both in the UK and internationally and has been cross-examined.
His services are keenly sought after by contractors and clients alike.

DipArb MCIArb
Jim joined DGA in April
2008 having previously been Operations Director for a major UK
based international commercial and project management consultancy,
with which he had spent the larger part of his professional career.
Having trained as a Quantity Surveyor with a national contractor
and over 25 years experience in the construction industry, Jim has
developed knowledge in a wide range of sectors and contracts,
predominantly through matters of dispute resolution and interim
commercial management, working on behalf of both end user clients
and contractors.
His detailed experience includes new build industrial, retail and
residential, hotel, restaurant and hospital refurbishment, office
fit-out and heavy civil engineering (roads / infrastructure / sea
defence / flood defence), working under all major forms of
contract.
While continuing to provide an individual service to DGA clients utilising his own
expertise, Jim will at the same time providing a liaison point for
clients requiring the use of the DGA Group's wider scope of
services.

FMAAT
Lisa joined DGA in
2002. As Finance Director and Company Secretary Lisa is based
at the business administration headquarters in Maidstone.
Lisa is also responsible for the management and co-ordination of
the business's other support functions including Human Resources
and Quality Assurance.

DipArb, FCIArb, MCIOB
Jim has over 40 years of professional experience in the construction and civil engineering industry during which he has held a number of senior management positions including the responsibiltiy for the commercial management of major international projects. During his career he has gained a level of expert knowledge in the construction of engineering installations.
As a main board Director of DGA he is responsible for the development and delivery of our specialist consultancy services and the co-ordination of our expert evidence capability.
Jim is a Fellow of the Institute of Arbitrators and continues to provide expertise and advice in all areas of commercial management including adjudication, arbitration and litigation.

BSc., FRICS, FICES.
Stuart is responsible for the delivery of DGA's services in the East Midlands and as Regional Director, the co-ordination of DGA's services outside of London and the South East.
Drawing from a wide range of experience covering the majority of industry sectors, Stuart has developed specialist skills in the fields of insolvency and company administration; due diligence relating to mergers and acquisitions; project audits; quantum impact on insurance losses and professional indemnity issues, and with regard to various forms of dispute resolution processes.

MSc., DipArb, MCIArb, MCIOB
Julian is responsible for DGA's planning and programming capability which is delivered on a national basis in liason with our Regional Managers.
With experience in both the contracting and private practice environment, Julian has developed a thorough understanding of the design, procurement and construction process. He has expert knowledge in analytical methodology, providing expert evidence to the dispute resolution process on a number of occasions.

Based in Birmingham, Kevin is responsible for the delivery of DGA's services in the West Midlands.
Kevin draws from 35 years of experience across the full spectrum of the construction industry. He has expert knowledge in contract administration under various forms of contract and advises and lectures on procedure and process requirements to all users. Kevin also has responsibility for both DGA's internal and external training capabilities.

MCIArb, MICES
Based in Manchester, Graham is responsible for delivery of DGA's services in Northern England and Scotland.
Graham has operated extensively at senior level in both the pre contract and live project environments. He has developed and delivered commercial solutions from contract agreement to dispute avoidance and resolution on a series of major projects. He has specialist experience in civil engineering projects, skills in negotiation, contractual and legal awareness and commercial management.
