Preparation, submission and negotiation of final account containing a number of contentious issues relating to a 2,500 home public sector re-development. The contract was a bespoke form of target cost agreement and the final settlement produced a significant performance bonus for the client.

Renegotiation of contract terms following the suspension of works on a major public housing project in Yorkshire. Advising on the novation of sub-contracts and the re-pricing of the works whilst seeking to retain the original pricing methodolgy.
Private Accomodation, Dorset
Commissioned to prepare a fully logic linked programme, including interfaces with contract information, procurement dates and materials availability; utilisation of as built records to update the programme and track the critical path routing throughout the construction period. Preparation of advice on an extension of time submission, and supporting our clients quantum expert in analysis of loss and expense issues.
