Our personnel have gained experience in delivery of the governments academy programme through a number of schemes across the country. This particular scheme included a school and sports hall and was procured under a 'JCT98 with contractors design' contract. The role included research and development of claim heads relating to extension of time and delay and disruption.

DGA were commissioned by the client to provide a full planning and programming service. Initially, to prepare a Strategic Programme of Works under RIBA Stage B requirements, and update in respect of external events such as impact of planning permission delays or caveats; The service then included commentary and advice on contractors tender programmes, and the agreement of the Contract programme with the successful tenderer. We were then asked to monitor the progress of the works and determine the impact of all relevant events.
