Isle of Grain

Management of  electrical trade contractor accounts and negotiating delay and disruption costs on the £580 million  Isle of Grain Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power station with a 'combined heat & power facility', comprising the most recent low carbon technology including re-heat steam turbines, heat recovery steam generators and a hydrogen cooled turbo generator.

West Burton

Acting for the turn key contractor on this CCGT extension to an existing power station being procured under the FIDIC (civils) and NEC (building) forms of contract; providing commercial management and project controls.  As part of their service DGA were commissioned to work along side Chartered Accountants in the preparation of financial audits to corroborate and verify the accuracy and reasonableness of contested set off costs relating to certain trade packages against certification.
