Our personnel were asked to undertake a review of submitted cost plans for demolition and reconstruction of fire damaged buildings. They prepared an ammended cost plan demonstrating that sums claimed were unrealistic leading to a negotiated settlement of the claim with the insured at a significantly lower level.
