Central to government strategic thinking to support prosperous businesses and a growing society is an effective, sustainable transport infrastructure. The construction industry has to react positively as to how it can play it's role in delivery, and that must be through improved procurement methods and more cost effective management to it's supply chain.
Achieving these aims requires specialist skills and knowledge and there is a clear case that the pooling of resources will increase efficiency. Delivery through consultancy of key specialist services is consistent with this objective and at DGA we have the experience to contribute to the process.
