Cross Country Pipelines
Preparation and negotiation of delay and disruption claims arising from a combination of access issues and unforeseen ground conditions relating to two major long distance gas pipeline projects running from onshore source to Manchester. Claims prepared under the ICE 5th standard form of contract.
Transco, North West
DGA were responsible for the negotiation and settlement of the entire final account on the termination of the £35 million per annum term contract. The scope of works included mains laying, renewal and reinforcement; replacement of meters; emergency call out and repairs; and interface with our client's gas distribution systems.
Bankside Sub-Station Modernisation
Commercial management services to this £19 million project delivered under the ICE 7th standard form of contract. Responsible for the contract administration of a number of specialist trade contract packages to this complex project that had to be undertaken through multiple phasing, reflecting both the sensitive environment precipitated by the links with Tate Modern; and the necessity to retain power supplies from the sub-station throughout construction.
