Feasability Studies

Providing the commercial research and analysis to the initial business case; and delivering indicative costings to project master plans.

Cost Planning

Providing the necessary link betwen quantum and design; helping clients and their advisors find common ground on affordability of specification; monitoring the cost impact of design development; and helping all stakeholders understand the impact of the constraints and requirements they impose.

Procurement

Offering early advice to buying needs and processes; helping clients make informed decisions on product choice and construction methodology; helping identify the risks and opportunities presented by various market options; advising on Supply Chain Management techniques.

Bid Management

Landmark projects, particularly in the public sector are characterised by complex bidding processes including the PFI/PPP models.  Bidders see the submission of the tender as a project in it's own right, and as such requiring effective project management.  With bid consortia often comprising partners with different business priorities, there is a case for independent advice as to how bid co-ordination and communication is managed to ensure that the management strengths of each party are fully utilised.
