Where a party's initial expectations as to project performance are not being met; whether it be in relation to time, cost or quality, DGA can offer an independent review with a customised brief to address the concerns. Project Audits and Project Health Checks can include any combination of:
- An interogation of the contract administration and it's compliance with the contract conditions; reviewing contract notices, variations, compensation events, and claims.
- A review of the full suite of contract documents and reporting on the allocation of business risk.
- An assessment of the status of the systems and procedures in use to record and monitor progress against programme, review current progress and assess duration to completion.
- A commercial valuation of work in progress and a reconcilliation of costs to date against budget.
- A review of the methodology in value of variations and the principles and values of other monetary issues of potential dispute.
- A review of the project outcomes.
On completion of the review, DGA will prepare a management report which details a comprehensive contractual and commercial overview of the project, highlighting areas of concern and making recommendations as to actions required to address any exisiting and potential disputes. It will provide strategies as to how to address matters of additional time and cost, and business risk can be reduced.
