Risk Management

An underpinning philosophy of the DGA business strength is improving effectiveness through 'meaningful communication and collaboration'.  We can bring this business ethic to our clients as the cornerstone of good Risk Management.

If we can help our clients improve their levels of communication and collaboration with their partners and contracting parties, we will improve overall confidence and as confidence improves, the levels of business risk falls.  To be fully effective, the approach must be embodied from project inception and should be seen as an integral part of overall programme management.

The application of Risk Managment processes are designed to identify, analyse and mitigate, but can only do so effectively with full buy in from all stakeholders. As this is a 'chain reaction'  there can be no risk avoidance actions without recognition and early identification stands above all else.

At DGA we can apply risk assessment tools to quantify and document risk, but the real added value comes from our determination to establish the right environment for proactive contributions from all stakeholders to the risk identification process.
