Our programmes are offered on a modular basis to provide maximum flexibility in terms of both time and cost. The subject units cover the full spectrum of project delivery from tender, pricing and procurement and project planning; through to contract administration, claims management and final accounts. Programmes can be generic or focus on particular aspects of specific forms of contract.
We also offer bespoke team integration seminars, adapting course content to suit the joint interests of SPV partners or the various parties within a structured supply chain framework.
