We have been delivering Commercial Awareness and Contract Management training packages to a wide range of clients for a number of years. We are always willing to prepare bespoke courses for clients specific needs, but our experience has allowed us to create a set of some thirty individual modules (see attached pdf) which can be grouped together in a veriety of ways to form the basis of competitively priced half, one and two day courses.
Our training objectives are:
to increase commercial awareness of staff and managers through better understanding of contractual requirements and conditions, in order to maximise potential revenue and profit.
to identify and eliminate or reduce risks, and therefore losses caused by deficient management of project information, subcontractors, scope and programme changes.
