Lunchbox Training Talks

The DGA 'lunchbox' talks are a logical extension of the more workshop perceived 'toolbox' talks commonly associated with health and safety etc.

At DGA we are fortunate to have a wealth of professional knowledge across the commercial and planning spectrum.  Through our wider training programmes, we have realised that there are a number of specific issues, particularly relating to process and procedure, that have a disproportionate effect on the effeciency of junior and middle management personnel.  We have developed a series of 'modules' that can be delivered in isolation of full training courses, designed to be presented in just 30 mins to small groups in the workplace, over lunch or at the end of the working day.

If a client wants to commission a subject unique to a particular project, we can prepare a bespoke version of such presentations.  'Demistifying insurance clauses', or 'preparing a cost/value reconciliation' are just two of many examples we can offer.
