Project Planning Training

In conjunction with our client's needs, we can create Project Planning training modules that develop the practical interpretation of planning software.  All leading software suppliers offer their own user training programmes; but usually in isolation to the work place.  This can lead to gaps in product implementation and at DGA we look to pick up where these tutorials leave off and help our delegates to properly interpret the skills they have learnt when operating in the project environment.

We tailor training modules to allow our client's staff to get 'best value' from the technical software training they have received, offering procedural advice and assistance in the interpretation of software anomalies and ambiguous outcomes.
